Rules of Goods Delivery

General information

The goods are delivered all over Russia by LLC "Russian Post" and LLC "SDEK".  And other transportation companies.

Delivery costs are fixed: - When you buy goods the cost of delivery by courier - to the door of the customer 800 rubles

Processing of orders on weekends and public holidays is not implemented. Orders received on Friday after 14:00 (Moscow time) will be put through to the next working Monday.

In the Crimea, delivery by Russian Post only to the pickup location (PUL). Courier delivery in this region is not available.

Please note terms of storage of orders at PUL and post office/point-to-point delivery services: SDEC:
Storage period in postal terminals - 3 days Storage period at PUL - 14 days.
Russian Post: Period of storage in post offices (GOPS - urban post offices, SOPS - rural post offices) - 15 days, storage in ATMs - 3 days.
After 3 days unclaimed parcels are sent to the nearest post office and are stored there till expiration of general storage days - 15 days.

If the Buyer, when delivering the goods to the place specified by the Buyer, does not receive the order within the storage period specified in the rules of Russian Post LLC, SDEK LLC, the Buyer shall pay for the delivery of goods back.

Payment is made by withholding from the amount paid for the goods. The amount of the withheld sum is determined according to the rates of LLC "Russian Post", LLC "SDEK".

According to the rules of the site Pickup locations (PUL) To receive the order at the pickup location, tell the employee the number of the order and its track number.

If the order contains 18+ products, a PUL employee may ask for a document certifying his/her identity, e.g. a passport. You don't need documents to receive your order.

To receive your order at partner post offices, please follow the instructions of the transportation companies providing the service (Russian Post and SDEC). Storage period is 3 days.

Restrictions on delivery are determined by the transportation company providing the service.

Courier delivery

If the delivery is to an enclosed area, make sure that the courier can pass through.      
If the order contains items 18+, the courier may ask for proof of identity, such as a passport. 
Restrictions on delivery may be indicated by the shipping partner company providing the service.
