Return and Refund Policy

1. In accordance with the requirements of applicable law, the Buyer has the right to refuse the goods at any time prior to their transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within 7 (seven) days.

2. Goods of proper quality may be returned if they retain their trade dress and consumer properties, if the original packaging is not damaged and if the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of such Goods is intact. The absence of a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the Goods does not deprive the Buyer of the opportunity to refer to other evidence of the purchase of Goods from the Seller.

3. In case of receiving inadequate quality Goods, the Buyer shall address a complaint to [email protected] with proofs of the defects (photos). The term of claim consideration is 7 days.

4. When paying by cards a cash refund is not allowed. The refund procedure is regulated by the rules of international payment systems.

5. Return procedure is regulated by Article 26.1 of the Federal Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights".

6. To get a refund to your bank card, you must fill out a "Money Refund Application" which is sent to [email protected]

Refunds are credited to the same bank card from which the payment was made. Refunds to the card are made within 3 to 30 banking days, depending on the Bank, which issued the bank card, from the date of receipt of the "Application for refund" by the Company.

7. To get a refund on transactions made in error, you must submit a written application and copies of the receipt/check confirming the erroneous debit.  This application must be sent to [email protected] The amount of refund will be equal to the amount of purchase. The time for consideration of the Application and refund (10 business days) shall begin to run from the date of receipt of the Application by the Company.

8.   If the Buyer does not pick up the order delivered to the specified address after receiving notification of the expiration date, such order shall be sent back.

9. All complaints about the goods, Buyers should send to the e-mail address [email protected] , or to the seller's legal address.The location address of the seller of the goods corresponds to the legal address listed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities
